SplashOne was founded by a team of special operations combat veterans and active duty special operations spouses. Jeff Wright serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience spanning national defense, technology, and innovation. A former U.S. Department of Defense leader specializing in Special Operations, fires, and emerging technologies, he combines operational expertise with advanced technical knowledge to lead the company's development of autonomous fighter drone systems for contested airspace.

Jeff Wright is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SplashOne. He has more than 25 years of experience in national defense, technology, and innovation, with a career focused on Special Operations and emerging military technologies. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Citadel.

Evolution of the Fighter

In the 1930s, experts believed, “The bomber will always get through.” Fighters proved otherwise, resulting in over sixty years in which no American ground forces were harmed by an air attack.

In 2017, small drones broke that streak and changed the battlefield. Nearly a decade later, we still rely on ground-based defenses and sacrificial interceptors that remain on the wrong side of the cost curve, with the latter placing unsustainable demands on manufacturing capacity and fragile supply chains.

Fighters won air superiority then and they’ll reclaim it now.
